Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a product from our shop, you agree to all of the following Terms and Conditions. The Honeypot Emporium team reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders from those who have not read the Terms and Conditions.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Buyers located in VAT-collecting countries (e.g., the UK) will have to pay the import VAT at the time of import, which is also known as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). In this scenario, the import VAT may be first paid by the shipping carrier or customs agent on behalf of the shopper, in addition to any customs brokerage fees. They will then bill the shopper and release the goods once paid. If the shopper refuses to pay the bill, then the goods may be returned to the merchant.
Any customs or taxes that may apply to each order after shipping are to be handled and paid by the buyer.
Some of the products displayed in our shop are not ready stock. Once Preorder Sales for these items have ended, we will begin production on them. We estimate that shipping will begin roughly 3-4 months after the end of preorders for these items.
Please keep in mind that this timeline may be subject to delays due to shortages and other current events. All shipping updates will be announced on our project's Twitter account.
The ZipperTits team is not responsible for any additional delays or fees once the product has been sent to the Post Office. All shipping options automatically include a tracking number.
PACKAGING:
All products will be shipped inside protective bubble mailers with additional packaging when applicable to minimize damaged edges or scuffing.
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
The ZipperTits team will only issue refunds under the following conditions:
✦ The buyer wishes to cancel and refund their order, and makes this request during the Preorder or Production Phase. Once the Shipping/Order Fulfillment Phase begins, requests to refund an order will no longer be accepted, and buyers contacting us after that point may cancel their order but will not be refunded.
✦ An error was made on behalf of the ZT team (e.g. incorrect address or order fulfillment).
The ZT team will not issue refunds in the following circumstances:
✦ The buyer changed their mind after receiving the purchased product.
✦ The product was sent to an incorrect or old address due to error on behalf of the buyer.
✦ The order was shipped (i.e. given to the Post Office by our Shipping Mod) but tracking does not update.
✦ The order was shipped (i.e. given to the Post Office by our Shipping Mod) but was lost, damaged, or stolen.
In the case where an order is returned to the ZipperTits team (due to an address error, failure to deliver, logistics on behalf of the shipping company, etc.), the buyer may choose to have the product shipped to them again if they pay the shipping fee. If the buyer wishes to cancel the purchase at this stage, we will only refund the value of the product.
Any and all refunds will be made to the payment account that was used to purchase a product.
